Built For Gulf Weather

Driveways, patios, pool decks and slabs across the Emerald Coast. Salt air, sandy base, humidity that changes how everything cures — we build for it from the start.

SERVICES

Driveways & Flatwork

Poured, finished and sealed to hold up in coastal conditions. Proper base prep on sandy ground, correct reinforcement, joints cut on time.

Patios & Pool Decks

Stamped, broom, or cool-deck finishes that stay walkable in August. Laid out on site with you before a single form goes down.

Slabs & Foundations

Home additions, garage pads, shed slabs and commercial flatwork. Engineered, inspected, poured to the plan on file.

Repair & Resurfacing

Cracked, spalling or sinking concrete. Most of it doesn't need a tear-out — we grind, patch and resurface for a fraction of replacement.

WHY CONCRETE GUYS

Straight Quotes. Real Timelines.

Crews that move down here from somewhere else find out the hard way that Gulf Coast concrete has its own rules. Salt air, sandy base, and humidity that changes cure times week to week.

We've been pouring on the Emerald Coast long enough to build for all of it from the start. You get a fixed price in writing, a schedule you can plan around, and a phone that still gets answered after the job is finished.

FINISHES

Broom Finish

The workhorse. Textured surface that keeps its grip when it's wet, which on the coast is most of the summer. Standard on driveways and walkways.

Stamped Concrete

Pattern and color pressed into the slab while it's green. Slate, ashlar, wood plank, shell. All the look of pavers with none of the weeds coming up between them.

Cool Deck & Pool Surrounds

A textured overlay that stays walkable barefoot in August. Built for pool decks and any slab that takes direct Gulf sun all day.

WHY CONCRETE GUYS

One Crew. Start To Finish.

Tear-out, base prep, forms, steel, pour and finish — all of it handled by the same crew that quoted the job. Nothing gets subbed out to whoever's available that week.

You get a fixed price in writing before we start, and a phone that still gets answered after we're done.

Do You Have Queries? Please Go Through 'Frequently Asked Questions' First

How long before I can drive on a new driveway?

Walk on it in 24-48 hours. Park a car on it after 7 days. Full cure is 28 days, but you won't be waiting that long to use it.

Will my concrete crack?

Some hairline cracking is physics, not a defect. The job is controlling where it happens — that's what control joints are for. We cut them on schedule so cracks land in the joints instead of across the middle of your driveway.

Does concrete hold up near the beach?

It does if it's built for it. Salt air accelerates corrosion on reinforcement, and sandy soil needs proper base compaction or the slab settles. Both are solvable — they just have to be handled at the start, not after.

Do I need to seal it?

On the coast, yes. Sealer keeps salt and moisture out of the surface and makes cleanup easier. We'll tell you when it's due for a resealing, usually every few years.

Can you fix concrete instead of replacing it?

Usually. Cracked, spalling and stained surfaces can often be ground, patched and resurfaced for a lot less than a tear-out. We'll tell you straight which one your slab actually needs.
